Weekly Homework Planner- due on Friday

3/7 note- I didn't have a planning time today, which resulted in a quick note regarding H.W. on a sheet of paper. However, we did spend part of our morning talking about the role H.W. should play in preparing for TCAP as it quickly approaches.

1 HOUR OF H.W. REQUESTED NIGHTLY. Please record this on your weekly H.W. planner and turn in by Friday.

Here is our H.W. for the week:

~ Reading notebook requirements by Friday.

~ IXL time will NOT be required this week or next IF you are using some of the following sites instead:

*StudyJams

*Thinklink probes

*TAKS

*TCAP Practice Book (online or in the book coming home on Tuesday)

*Internet4Classroom Links

~ There will NOT be any word wall lists until after TCAP and Wordly-Wise will become more class based (we are not switching for math or interventions).

~ With our additional time in the afternoon, I suspect the daily writing requirement will be met with ease (this should not be H.W.)

~ Unfinished classwork becomes H.W. and is due the next morning.

~ A new Thinklink report will come home on Tuesday. This will give you a specific learning standard to work with at home.
